Terms and Conditions

1. 50% cancellation charges of total amount is applicable if the job is cancelled after the confirmation.
2. Prices quoted are based on a package. MacPherson Studio reserves the right to re-quote should any services / quantity / specifications be altered.
3. Payments for studio rental and photography services will be collected on shooting day. Cash, PayNow, Paylah & Nets payments only.
4. Cash On Delivery for image editing.

Image Rights

Client is given royalty free rights of use of the final images up to 3 years. No loading fee will be applied. However, no 3rd party is allowed to use the images without a written approval from MacPherson Studio. MacPherson studio reserves the right to charge 3rd party the rights to use the images.

MacPherson Studio retains all images rights and ownership.
